Dateline Kamuning: The Air Traffic Management Center (ATMC) of the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) has resumed normal operations Sunday afternoon following power outage that affected flights to and from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA), Transportation Secretary Jaime J. Bautista said today, 01 January 2023.
