Dateline Kamuning:   Women’s alliance GABRIELA welcomes the news that the two labor rights activists and development workers in Cebu have been found after a week of abduction, however, the group also felt the need of sustained calls for the rest of missing labor organizers and human rights activists. “We feel relief in the news that Dyan and Armand have been rescued from the hands of their abductors, and we are also in solidarity with them and their families in their pursuit to hold their perpetrators accountable who are reported to be members of the PNP,” says GABRIELA Secretary-General Clarice Palce.   Labor rights activists and development workers Dyan Gumanao and Armand Dayoha have been found, according to their families and Karapatan-Central Visayas in a press conference today, January 16.        The two were reported missing after a series of intense surveillance since 2020.
