13 JUNE 2021, WASHINGTON D.C. – The Embassy of the Philippines hosted the official launch of “The Philippines Matters for America/America Matters for the Philippines” publication, capping the yearlong celebration of the 75th year anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Philippines and the United States. The East-West Center in Washington partnered with the Embassy of the Philippines and the U.S. Embassy in Manila to come up with an infographics project that sums up important aspects of the bilateral relations. These include security, trade and investments, health and environment, development assistance, culture, people-to-people ties, among others.
